Reason: You've​ ​ p urchased​ ​ a ​ ​ n oiseless,​ ​ c ompletely​ ​ s ilent​ ​ c lock
Solution: After putting battery, you'll see gears in the gearbox above the battery turning,
leave​ ​ f or​ ​ c lock​ ​ t o​ ​ m ove​ ​ a nd​ ​ c heck​ ​ t ime​ ​ l ater.

Reason: Nut​ ​ h olding​ ​ c lock​ ​ a nd​ ​ g ear​ ​ m ovement​ ​ c ame​ ​ l oose​ ​ d uring​ ​ s hipping
Solution: Align and hold the gearbox while using a small nose plier to tighten the nut
beneath​ ​ t he​ ​ c lock​ ​ h ands​ ​ ( do​ ​ n ot​ ​ o ver​ ​ t ighten)

Reason: Hands​ ​ c ould​ ​ b e​ ​ b ent​ ​ o r​ ​ d amage​ ​ d ue​ ​ t o​ ​ s hipment
Solution: Bending clock hands to straight to prevent from scratching each other or
scratching frame. After that rotate the red button on movement and turn
minute hand 2 circles to ensure hands are correct and then tuning to correct
time (DO NOT tuning time directly on clocks hands). Email us for new hands if
unrepairable.

Solution: Remake alignment: Firstly, taking off cover plug and minute hand. Secondly,
align hour hand to 12. Finally, put back minute hand and aligns to number 12
and​ ​ t hen​ ​ p ut​ ​ b ack​ ​ c over​ ​ p lug.​ ​ ​ ​ E mail​ ​ u s​ ​ i f​ ​ n eed​ ​ m ore​ ​ d etailed​ ​ i nstructions.
