Microphone doesn't work / The other party can't hear any
sound, or the volume goes in and out
There are the following situations:
1. There are two buttons for volume mute and mic mute on the
sound controller, check whether the mic mute is turned on;
Solution:
When the mic mute mark is turned on, the other party cannot hear
our voice, and the red indicator light next to the button will light up.
When the volume mute is turned on, the other party voice will not
be heard, and the red indicator light next to the button will light up.
(The volume mute button cannot turn off the microphone function)
2. During the use of the headset, the microphone is far away
from the mouth, so that the other party cannot hear the user's
voice during the call;
Solution:
It is recommended to keep the boom mic with ENC roughly 2
inches (about 2 fingers) from your lips when speaking. The mic is
flexible and can be formed to contour with your jawline.
