SOLUTION
Turn on both knob for activating
Place on the tough flat surface such as
table/desk/floor
Make sure the tip-over button won't shut
down heater
Make sure the product is in a power-on
Status.
A. Take a higher temperature setting
B. Use at a larger area
DO NOT place the heater at a corner or
attaching to the wall
Heating part might short out by no/poor
cooling
DO NOT put it near any feather material,
feather that stuck in the heater might give
out the brunt smell
