INSTRUCTIONS FOR PIVOTING WHEEL TO FIXED WHEEL REPLACEMENT:
1. Remove existing Bolts and Nuts in the existing Pivoting Wheel Assembly using the included Allen
Head Wrench.
2. Reinsert the existing Nuts into the Fixed Wheel Assembly.
3. Slide the Fixed Wheel Assembly into the walker leg and reinsert the existing Bolts. Tighten the
existing Bolts with the included Allen Head Wrench.
