Question

If your keyboard cannot type smoothly, this may related with the short of lubrication.

Please find the suggestion below that may help you to solve the problem yourself without

the return of the product.

Step1. Remove the Keycap with key remover or other non-sharp object

Step2. Flush all of the dust inside the keyboard by a soft brush.

Step 3. Apply the lubricant generously to inside cavity. Electronic connection lubricant such as DeOxit or

QD electronics cleaner are good
