Troubleshooting
If you are having connection issues, please
uninstall and reinstall the app, and restart
your phone. Reset the Walabot by holding
down the power button for 30 seconds.
Make sure the blue light on the Walabot
is on. If you have a VPN app, make sure
it's turned off.
If you are seeing no light at all, try pressing
the power button again. You may need to
charge your Walabot.
If you are experiencing significant imaging
issues, please uninstall and reinstall the app
on your phone and restart your phone.
