STEP 1: Purchase
Purchase (1) 2x8x8 treated lumber for each axle/kit desired
STEP 2: Measure / Mark
TOP BOARD: Place a (B) Wheel Dock on each side of
the trailer tire. Measure from the outside end of one Wheel
Dock to the other and mark the measurement on the
board.
MIDDLE BOARD: Take the measurement of the top board
and add 6.25 inches. Mark the measurement on the board.
BOTTOM BOARD: Take the measurement of the top board
and add 12.5 inches. Mark the measurement on the board.

STEP 3: Cut
Cut square along the measure lines to
create three separate boards.
STEP 4: Assemble
Place (A) Ramps on the ends of the bottom and
middle boards and (B) Wheel Docks
on the ends of the top board. Mark holes with
pencil. Use the 1/8 inch drill bit to drill pilot holes.
NOTE: Make sure your boards are the correct
length and fit between the Ramps before
attaching pieces on the board
Starting with the bottom board, use (E) screws to
attach (A) Ramps to the bottom and middle
boards. Attach (B) Wheel Docks to the top board.
