A: No, this USB C hub only supports data transfer, not charging or video output.
Please note the main function of this USB-C to USB-C Hub is for very stable, fast data transfer up
to 5 Gbps and tested actually.
Q: Can I use four ports simultaneously?
A: Certainly, the only thing you have to know is the total current must be less than 900mA.
Q: Why can't my device be recognized?
A: Please ensure that the host device and the connected devices are compatible with OTG or data
transfer. Windows users may attempt to update their device's driver. Contact our team at

Q: Why is my mouse unstable and lag when using the product?
A: It is an unusual situation. Please see the following steps.
