River of Goods 15052 Assembly Instructions

1. Carefully layout all parts in a line on a smooth surface.
2. Position the shade on the base and secure with the screws underneath the base.
3. Install bulb(s) (not included).
CAUTION
–Refer to the wattage caution label located near the lamp holder for the maximum wattage-
do not exceed the wattage.
WARNING
– Do not attempt to replace the bulb while the lamp is plugged into wall receptacle.
4. Insert plug into wall receptacle.

2. This stained glass product has been protected with mineral oil as part of the finishing process.
Please use a soft dry cloth to remove any excess oil.
This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a safety feature to
reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does
not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use
with an extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.
