HIGH BACK CHAIR
SETUP TROUBLESHOOTING
Before reading this troubleshooting guide, refer to the instruction label sewn into the
carry bag.
During initial setup, some customers may find Step 3 difficult due to the tightness of
the seat fabric. This fabric is designed to be taut in order to provide a stable seating
surface, however it will stretch over time. Once you are on Step 3 of the setup
instructions use the following method to make initial setup easier.
1) After attaching one side of the front of the seat to the corresponding front
support, lay the high back chair on its side with the front support that has not been
attached facing upwards.
2) Apply downward pressure on the front support of the frame while pulling upwards
on the seat fabric. NOTE: The chair frame is designed to flex.
