WHY IS MY REFLECTION BLURRY/ DISTORTED/
UPSIDE DOWN ON THE MAGNIFIED SIDE OF THE MIRROR?
Blurriness, distortion, and upside down reflections are normal
occurrences and should be expected for mirrors with ultra-high
magnification. The product itself has no quality issues. Seeing
any of these just means you are too far from the mirror. To get a
clear view, move closer to the mirror (2-3 inches) and adjust
your distance until you achieve a clear, upright reflection.
CAN I USE THE MAGNIFIED SIDE FOR ALL
The magnified side is perfect for detailed work like makeup or
eyebrow grooming. However, for an overall view of your face,
use the regular side.
IS THE MIRROR SHATTERPROOF OR DURABLE?
While the mirror is designed to be durable, it is not shatterproof.
Please handle it with care and avoid dropping it or subjecting it
to heavy impacts to prevent damage.
HOW DO I CLEAN THE MIRROR TO KEEP IT CLEAR?
Clean the mirror with a soft, lint-free cloth. You can add a gentle
glass cleaner solution on the cloth if needed, but don't spray it
directly on the mirror.
