Troubleshooting tips:
Fold the blanket over on itself and turning it on HIGH for approximately
five minutes. Carefully feel between the layers to check for desired
temperature. And we recommend using an additional light blanket on
top of the warming blanket to help trap in heat. For most people this
blanket provides adequate warmth and we have not seen this issue
come up previously, but everyone is different and some people may
require additional layers of warmth. Note that this is a warming blanket
designed for all night even warmth and not a heating pad which offers
intense heat but is NOT designed for prolonged use.
Make sure the blanket is properly plugged in. Both at the wall and at
the blanket connection and allow enough time for the blanket to heat
up to its proper warmth, approx. 5 minutes. Avoid jumping on it and do
not leave pets unsupervised with it due to potential chewing or
damage. When storing wrap the cord loosely around the controls. And
turn off when not in use
