    Explanations and safety instructions The plug-in pedestal systems of BÜTEC GmbH can be used for the construction of sta- ges and grandstands in different designs. The single pedestal consists of an aluminium frame with an inserted, screwed 22 mm thick beech wood block board or a waterproof screen printing plate for outdoor use.

    Assembly instructions for plug-in and telescopic feet The pedestals have a so-called Leg fixing corner with a prism / pressure segment for fixing and locking the platform foot systems. Both, plug-in feet and telescopic feet, are inserted into the leg fastening corner provided for this purpose and then tightened hand-tight (~ 24 Nm) with the handwheel.

    Connecting the platforms to each other The platforms are connected to each other via the frame profiles of the stage elements by means of platform connection clamps. The platform connection clamp made of plastic or zinc die-cast has the functionality of a screw clamp.
  • Page 8 Connecting the platforms to each other In order to ensure a neat and secure connection of the platforms, each new platform is equipped with two clamps on the long side and two clamps fixed and locked on the short side. Depending on the situation, the assembly should be done row by row.

    The BÜTEC Stage Staircase Alu consists of individual steps in the standard heights 20, 40, 60 and 80 cm. The steps are made of an aluminium profile, which is also used in our BÜTEC „stan- dard“ platforms. Depending on the application, the staircase elements are equipped with a beech wood core board or a waterproof screen printing board.

    Assembly of stairs and steps (steel) The BÜTEC stage staircase / box staircase steel consists of individual steps in the stan- dard heights 20, 40, 60 and 80 cm. Alternatively, a theatre pitch of 16 2/3 cm can be selected. The steps are made of an epoxied tubular steel frame, which is designed as a welded structure.

To do this, insert the 8 mm hammer-head screw into the internal groove of the stage element and turn it 90 degrees. Now slide the aluminium flat material over the thread, place the washer on it and lightly screw the holder over the wing nut to the platform.
