    Replacement parts produced by any other manufacturer may not have met the design and extensive safety testing standards used in the production of this Zero Gravity trampoline. As a result of this Zero Gravity Trampolines will not guarantee the performance and safety of the product when non genuine replacement parts are used. The use of non-genuine Zero Gravity replacement parts may affect any warranty claim on the product, as allowed by the law in your jurisdiction.

     Check the contents of your package against the parts list in this guide. If any parts are missing please contact your supplier or Zero Gravity Trampolines customer service for assistance.  If any parts are missing or damaged then do not erect or use the trampoline until replacement parts have been received.

    Important Safety Instructions Carefully read these warnings before using this product. Failure to follow these warnings can result in serious injury or death.   The trampoline must not be used without the enclosure erected. The enclosure must be closed whilst the trampoline is in use.
  • Page 7  Use trampoline only with mature, knowledgeable adult supervision .  Do not attempt or allow somersaults. Landing on the head or neck can cause serious injury, paralysis, or death, even when landing in the middle of the mat.  Do not allow more than one person on the trampoline.
  • Page 8 When you land more than 1ft away from the edge of the Zero Gravity logo in the centre of the mat stop your jump immediately. Restart your jump at the centre of the mat.

  • Page 20 STEP 4 –ATTACH GROUND LEG AND CONNECT FRAME INTO RECTANGLE Note: Attach the ground leg to the frame along with the left and right curved top rail (Part 28 & 29) as pictured. Tip: The components may be stiff when trying to attach together, if so, try gently tapping them together with a hammer.
  • Page 21 STEP 5– LOOK OF COMPLETED FRAME Note: Check frame has been assembled correctly and that all components are aligned and legs are straight. Tip: Don’t worry if the components are loose or don’t hold together at this stage. Once the mat is fitted it will pull the frame together.

    STEP 6 – SPRING ASSEMBLY Please note: It is important to follow these steps accurately as incorrectly installing the springs could damage the trampoline mattress and overstretch the springs. Place the trampoline mat flat on the ground inside the assembled frame with the warning labels and hem facing up.

  • Page 27 STEP 8 – ATTACH LOWER FRAME TUBES Note: Slot lower frame tube into hole on the frame ensuring that it curves outwards as pictured. Secure with screw lock and washers using the tools provided. Repeat 7x for remaining lower frame tubes.

  • Page 29 STEP 10 – ASSEMBLE CABLE WIRES Note: Make up two even lengths of cable wire to form the long sides of the rectangle by combining 4 x Part C for each. Also make up two even lengths of cable wire to form the short sides of the rectangle by combining 1 x Part M and 1x Part N for each.
  • Page 30 STEP 11 – BUILD ENCLOSURE TOP RING Note: Lay out the enclosure netting and thread cable wires through sleeves. Ensure that opposite ends of cable wire meet in the corners so that they are able to be connected. Note: Connect rods at the corners using the tools provided.

  • Page 33 STEP 13 – ATTACH UPPER FRAME TUBES Note: Slide each of the upper frame tubes on to the lower frame tubes and secure with washers and screws using the tools provided. Tip: It may be easier if two people lift opposite tubes at the same time.
  • Page 34 STEP 14 – SECURE NETTING Enclosure Entrance Note: Ensure the zip is closed and hanging completely straight before proceeding. Start by tying a short cord in each corner and fastening each cord to a corresponding hole in the mat. Next, attach a long cord either side of the enclosure entrance in the same fashion. Ensure that the netting is pulled tight on all sides with no looseness or sagging before you continue.

    STEP 17 – ATTACH SAFETY PLACARDS L 09 Moving the Trampoline To move the trampoline we strongly recommend that the trampoline be disassembled and then reassembled in the new location. If however you only require the trampoline to be moved a short distance four people lifting is required.

When the material shows any signs of weakness, you must stop using the trampoline immediately, properly store the trampoline and restrict access by users until replacement of the worn component is properly installed.     Instructions for use Read and understand the instructions for use in this manual prior to using this product. Failure to do so can result in serious injury or death.  Responsibilities of the user The key here is to stay in control of your jumps. DO NOT move onto more complicated, more difficult manoeuvres until you have mastered the basic, fundamental bounce.

Before actually getting on and using the trampoline, you should read and understand all safety instructions. A complete discussion and demonstration of body mechanics and trampoline guidelines should occur between the supervisor and student as well.
