SCOPE OF USE AND ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS This manual provides guidance for assembling and using your MATE MINI balance bike. After unpacking the box, follow the instructions to complete the final assembly of the bike.
STEP-BY-STEP ASSEMBLY GUIDE Open the box: Remove the sealing belt, lift the lid, and carefully take out the bike frame. Be cautious of any sharp edges on the box to avoid scratches. Front wheel installation: If the front wheel needs to be installed, align the wheel with the front shaft and insert it into the front fork.

Insert the handlebar stem into the front fork riser. Ensure the safety line on the stem is no longer visible. Adjust the handlebar's direction and height, then lock the stem by tightening the screw securely. Use the provided hex wrench to unscrew the four screws on the front panel and remove it (Fig.

If any parts are damaged or loose, repair them immediately. Do not allow children to ride the balance bike until it is fully functional.

Ensure that children are able to control their riding speed at all times and in all environments. Encourage them to practice stopping by placing their feet on the ground, especially during the initial stages of learning to ride. Children must wear appropriate footwear to ensure safety and stability while riding.
MAINTENANCE TIPS Regularly apply solid grease to all rotating parts, including the handle shaft, to ensure smooth operation and extend the productʼs lifespan. • Avoid storing or using the bike for prolonged periods in wet, cold, or extreme temperatures, as these conditions can damage the bike.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS Use mild, water-soluble cleaning products, such as diluted dish soap, to clean the bike. Avoid using harsh or abrasive cleaning agents, or any solvants, as they may damage the bikeʼs surface.
