Pro Series Probe must be inserted and removed from food away from all heat sources. ● If the MEATER Pro Series Probe falls into the fire or direct heat source, close the lid of the grill/cooking appliance and turn off the grill or cooking appliance immediately. Allow the MEATER Pro Series Probe to cool completely before removing.

● Keep probe charging dock away from water and liquids. Failure to do so may cause electrical shock. ● Ensure the probe is completely dry before placing it back in the charging dock. ⚠CAUTION. ● Carefully remove the meat from the grill when prompted by the MEATER app. ● Do not remove the MEATER from the meat while on the grill. ● Ensure the ambient temperature has reduced to safe levels before removing the MEATER probe.
