- Page 4 Lower the steel support and axle onto the U-frame. Secure it with nuts and the steel support bolts. Turn the nuts clockwise to tighten. Attach the traction onto the traction tube. Secure the traction tube assembly with axle pins and small cotter pins. Flip the tow cart upright.
- Page 5 Attach the traction tube onto the steel support. Secure the traction tube with a nut Flip the traction tube into an upright and the traction tube bolt. Turn the nut clockwise to tighten. position. Lower the traction assembly onto the U-frame. Attach the wheels and washers. Secure them with a large cotter pin. Attach the tow cart to the tow cart adaptor on the towing vehicle.
