    PERMISSIBLE USE The Ti 189 NC milling machine must be used for cutting Georgian-style windows and grills. The machine is suitable for cutting wooden strips, wood-based chipboard, plastic. The piece MUST rest on the work bench and MUST be clamped between the shape adapters during the cutting operation.

    NOISE EMISSION Ti 189 NC MEASUREMENTS POSITION "A" TEST CONDITIONS (SUMMARY) The tests were conducted using a PULSAR 38 P sound-level meter (manufactured by I.S.C. Milan) with a class 2 accuracy rating. 14 x 20 mm spruce stock of various lengths were cut using brand new tools. Being an automatic machine, an F1 cutting cycle was performed.

    For transport purposes, the machine is divided into two main parts: the cutting unit and the workpiece pusher unit.     MACHINE Ti 189 NC ASSEMBLY Place the cutting unit on a flat and possibly level surface. Level off the cutting unit by means of the adjustment screw (1) and with the help of a sprit level. Place the workpiece pusher unit close to the cutting unit and lay the guide rod (2) onto the support.

    ELECTRICAL Ti 189 NC CONNECTIONS Earth The machine must be installed by explicitly authorised and qualified personnel, following all the instructions included in the Handbook. The voltage and frequency of the machine’s power supply must conform to the ratings shown on the name plate. Before connecting the machine to the mains, make sure the power supply line is appropriately grounded.

    DESCRIPTION OF Ti 189 NC THE MACHINE The Ti 189 NC milling machine for Georgian-style windows and grills is composed of the following main groups: cutting unit; adjustable front cutter; workpiece pusher second mobile carriage guidance computer CUTTING GROUP This is composed of three cutters (top, bottom and rear) that cut the strip on three sides. The top and bottom cutters are equipped with a hydraulic system for lifting the tool during the return stroke to avoid chipping the strip and wear on the tools.

    MAINTENANCE Ti 189 NC PROCEDURES MAINTENANCE OF THE DUST EXTRACTION SYSTEM For the dust extraction system to continue operating correctly, a constant negative pressure must be maintained in the intakes. This is to prevent sawdust and wood particles from building up inside the machine or in the extraction ducts and thus restricting the flow of air.
