Printer Overview
Printer Installation
1. Please place the printer on a stable surface and confirm that the power is turned off.
2. Connect the connectors at both ends of the USB data cable to the printer and computer
host respectively.
3. Plug the power cord into the power socket at the back of the printer and plug the other
end into the AC socket.
Mounting Paper
1. Press the switch on the left and right sides of the cover with both hands to open the
cover of the printer.
2. Load the roll into the label supplier and place the roll to the center of the supplier using
the roll adjust board.
3. Place the roll on the roller, (if using a 4 inch wide paper, remove the board only
use a paper roll.
4. Press the cover open button to turn on the print head.

5. Pull the front of the paper out (print side above), through the paper guide and the paper
Sensor, and then pull the paper over the rubber roller and adjust the paper guide to the
same width as the paper and slightly contact.
6. Press down at the arrow below with both hands to close the print head. Make sure the
print head is complely closed to ensure print quality.

Ribbon Installation
1. Press the switch on the left and right sides of the cover with both hands to open the
cover of the printer.
2. Insert the 4 inch empty core into the ribbon roller.
3. Press the left side of the roller into the ribbon rewinder, and the load the right side.
4. Press the print head switch to turn on the print head.

5. Insert the ribbon to the ribbon roller.
6. Press the left side of the ribbon roller into the ribbon supplier and then load the right side.
7. Bypass the printing head with the ribbon and smoothly stick it on the ribbon rewinder
(empty paper roll.
8. Rotate the ribbon rewinder wheel in the direction of the arrow below until the black area
of the ribbon covers the print head and roll the ribbon tightly so that there are no wrinkles on
The ribbon.
9. Press down with both hands and the arrow below to close the print head; Make sure to the
print head is fully closed to ensure print quality.
