During this process, the array can also be customized with partition. As you format the drive, you will have the opportunity to divide the hard drive into sections, called partitions.

    5.1. Firmware updating steps 1. Ensure the RAU 141 is turned off. 2. Connect one end of the supplied RS-232 cable to the RS-232 3pin port from the Pin2, 4, 6 of the CN8 on the R4 CR1000 controller, and connect the other end to one of the host computer’s COM port.

    The capacity of new disk you installed must equal or larger than the disks installed in RAU 141. Otherwise, it will be rejected by RAU 141, though it has no any damage. LCD display RAID The status for RAID fail Code 0 is: Not enough number of Fail Code 0.
