1 OUTLINE
This product is an optical beam aligner for easy beam
alignment of a thru-beam type photoelectric sensor.
This product is suitable for use with infrared LED
type and red LED type of thru-beam type photo-
electric sensors.

3 DRY CELL INSTALLATION
Make sure that the power supply switch of the prod-
uct is OFF when the dry cell is installed or replaced.
1. Slide and remove the dry cell cover at the back of
the product.

2. Fit the dry cell snap on the dry cell, with attention to
the '+' and '-' directions.

3. After having inserted the dry cell in the product,

4 METHOD OF USE
1. Set the power supply switch ON. At this time, the
buzzer may sound even if light is not incident.
However, if the sensitivity adjuster has been set to
min., the buzzer will not sound.
2. Set the sensitivity adjuster to max.
3. Make the emitter and the product face each other
along a straight line.

5. By turning the sensitivity adjuster, adjust the sensi-
tivity such that about 3 LEDs of the level indicator
light up.

At this time, if the sensitivity has been set too high,
although a part of the level indicator may light up
even in the beam interrupted condition, it does not
indicate any abnormality.
7. If the product is being used in a noisy environment

5 CAUTIONS
This product has been developed / produced for
industrial use.
Use 6F22 (S-006P) type 9V cell (1 pc.) for the
power supply. Since the 9V dry cell is not sup-
plied as accessory, please arrange it separately.
