Problem Cause
Solution
Fan is Nut holding motor shaft and Securely fasten the nut and bolts
wobbling the down rod is loose along with washers
Nut holding down rod and Securely fasten the nut and bolts
shackle kit is loose along with washers
Screws in the shackle kit and Securely fasten the nut and bolts
the ceiling hook are loose along with washer
Fan blades are not seated A common mistake is fixing the
properly on the motor blade in the reverse direction.
Please set it right and securely
fasten the screws.
Fan blades are out of balance
Make sure that fan blades are not
bent during cleaning
Restart/speed Regulator not bypassed Make sure the regulator is
variation eliminated/bypassed from the
connection
Blades have wrong sweep Check the sweep of blades with the
fan sweep before assembling
Remote is lost
Manual Wait at least 20 seconds with the wall
Operation switch turned OFF.
Hard Reset
Turn ON/OFF the wall switch
alternatively at an interval of
3 second each for 3 cycles.
After above procedure, turn ON the
wall switch and Ceiling Fan
will start at maximum speed.
In manual mode, Ceiling Fan will operate at maximum speed only.

avail 1 year extended warranty, else product warranty will be valid for 2 years only.
FAN LIMITED WARRANTY
Perfect Enterprises warrants that this product is to be free from any manufacturing
defects in material and workmanship under normal use from the date of purchase as
evidenced by the purchase receipt. After installation of this product, warranty is valid
only and only for motor of fan. This warranty provided by Perfect Enterprises to you is
for the period of 2+1* years. The warranty card is an addition and does not imply any
loss of statutory rights.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not include and expressly excludes:
Loss or damage to the motor or any accessory caused by normal wear and tear rather
than due to defect in materials or workmanship.
Loss or damage resulting from improper installation or other failure to comply with
instruction given in your Instruction Manual cum Warranty Card
Loss or damage resulting from conditions beyond our reasonable control, including
without limitation, repairs not made at our factory or authorized service provider, use
of parts or accessories not provided to you as part of this warranty by our factory or
authorized service providers or mishandling, unreasonable use, misuse, abuse,
modifications or other damages caused by you or a third party to your fan while not in
our possession.
The warranty explicitly provided for herein is the sole warranty provided in
connection with the product and no other warranty, expressed or implied, is provided.
Jupiter assumes no responsibility for any other claims, especially ones not stated in
this warranty.
The company's liability will never exceed the sale value of the product
The company will not be responsible for delay in repair/service due to unavoidable
circumstances.
This warranty is only valid within the states and union territories of India.
No other written or oral warranties apply, and no other agent, employee, dealer or any
other person is authorized to give any warranties (explicit or otherwise) on behalf of
JUPITER
HOW TO AVAIL THIS WARRANTY
Your sales bill with full purchase details and this fully completed warranty card must
be presented when warranty services are required.
This warranty service must be performed at our factory, or with authorized service
providers who are affiliated to the JUPITER warranty system. You will bear the
freight charges of sending fans to our authorized service centre or factory.
When returning the product for warranty service, please pack it carefully; enclose the
bill, the warranty card and the instructions for repair.
If warranty card is lost, then it cannot be re-issued.
