- Page 2 Product Information The GSM 2G/4G Gate Opener Plus incorporates a professional industrial grade GSM engine that receives calls at its sim number, as any ordinary GSM phone. The system operates in the GSM module quad-band 850/900/1800/1900/2100mhz and has 2G and 4G capabilities when using a 2G or 4G simcard.

Unlock the simcard Holder, and then slide in the simcard, making sure that the clipped corner of the simcard is facing outward, and then lock back into place . Powering the 2G/4G Gate Opener Connect 240 a/c volts to the input connector as per figure 1.
- Page 4 How to programme the 2G/4G GSM Gate Opener Plus Once the unit has a green LED light it is ready to use. The unit has a caller ID function so only authorised numbers you store can activate the unit. If caller ID is left OFF anyone phoning the units number can operate the relays.
- Page 5 How to use the 2G/4G Gate Opener Using your mobile phone or landline, dial the simcard number. You will hear 1 ring tone. The unit will automatically hang up. This will prevent any call charges being incurred. The relay will then pulse for a period of time. This is the unit sending the signal to your gate control board to open the gate.

Setting the Clock To programme the unit you will need to send the following text messages Note: The time has been set when leaving the factory. it will automatically adjust for British Summer Time (24 hour clock) . Setting the clock. All text commands can be in upper or lower case. - Page 7 Scheduled setting times to GATE HOLD OPEN We have two schedules A and B, this will allow the gates to be held open twice a day. By holding on relay 1 All text commands can be in upper or lower case , using 24 hour clock. Setting the schedule (B) Setting the schedule (A) It is possible to setup seven individual days.
- Page 8 Trade Button /Push to exit Schedule (T) is for the operation of the Trade Button /push to exit When a time schedule is setup, pressing the trade button will Pulse Relay 1 for set pulse time (RPT settings see page 5) All text commands can be in upper or lower case.
