    WARNING Persons not authorized by LIVOLTEK are not allowed to open the charger. Do not disassemble, repair or refit the charger and relevant ancillary facilities without permission. Improper operation may cause damage, water leakage, electric leakage and other damage to the charger or potential personal injury.

    5 Device Reception Device Reception 1. Unboxing and Inspection  Upon receiving the charging station, please open the packaging immediately.  Carefully inspect the packaging for any damage. If you notice any damage or abnormalities, contact the supplier immediately.  Verify that all accessories in the package match the packing list. Standard accessories typically include the charging station unit, mounting bracket, screws, and user manual.

    Installation Environment Requirements It is recommended that the charger be installed by an authorized service provider of LIVOLTEK. The installation position of charger shall not be close to dangerous positions such as water pipe, gas pipe and steam pipe. The charger shall not be installed in places with severe vibration or high temperature.

    Installation  Wall-mounted Version Installation Before installation, take out the device, four expansion bolts, the wall-mounted bracket, two bracket ears and six M5*10 screws from the accessory. Step 1: Put the wall-mounted bracket on the wall and put a spirit level on the top of the bracket to ensure the bracket is level.
  • Page 24 Step 4: Take out the two bracket ears, align the ears with the holes of the charger and the wall-mounted bracket on both sides of the device and secure the charger and the bracket with six M5*10 screws.  Column Version Installation Before installation, take out the device, the four expansion bolts and keys from the accessory.
  • Page 25  Base Version Installation Before installation, take out the device, the base and four M8 screws from the accessory. Step 1: Dig a cubic hole in accordance with the dimensions of the base, put the base in the hole and make the base level. Step 2: Thread the cable through the hole of the base and remain enough length for cable wiring and electrical connection.

    Step 4: Wait until the cement is dry. Cut the inlet at the bottom of the cabinet. Thread the cable from the base through the inlet into the cabinet. Align the holes at the bottom of the device with the four bolts on the top surface of the base and put the device on the base correctly.
  • Page 27  Wall-mounted Version Step 1: Open the door of the charger. Step 2: Cut the inlet at the bottom or at the back of the charger. Choose one inlet to cut and thread the cable through the inlet. Thread the grid cable through the inlet into the charger, strip and crimp terminals with the wires.
  • Page 28  Column Version Step 1: Open the door of the charger. Step 2: Cut the inlet at the bottom of the charger. Thread the cable from the columnar cabinet through the inlet into the charger, strip and crimp terminals with the wires. Connect the assembled N, L1, L2, L3 and PE wire to the N, L1, L2, L3 and PE terminal of the three- phase charger.
  • Page 29 The charger has a RJ45 connection meaning that the unit can be connected to other chargers and/or to a communications device (router, modem, switch, etc.).  Installing the SIM card The Charger comes with an integrated 4G modem. The charger takes Nano SIM cards, which must be placed in the cardholder in the small control panel on the top right-hand side, as shown in the following image.

    9 Operating instructions Charging with RFID card The charger supports charging with swiping card. When the charger is in standby, the user first inserts the vehicle connector into the vehicle inlet, and then swipes the card to start charging. When the vehicle battery is full or swipes the card to stop charging, the charging is completed.

When combined with our EV HUB product, it enables dynamic load balancing, automatically adjusting the charging power of each charging station based on real-time grid load conditions.
