    INTRODUCTION Instructions for the Axxis portable shower Satellite restrooms must be assembled according to approved assembly procedures. Avoid variations in assembly which could adversely affect product life. The assembly procedures are written for assembly of single units. If assembling multiple units, considerable efficiency can be gained by working in assembly line fashion.

  • Page 5 Step 1) Assemble 3 Panels: Tip: Place rear panel flat on table with 44.00” height & 40.00” width, or 2 unit tanks during assembly. Notch at top Install Corner molding #22989 between the side panels & rear panel (notched end of corner molding at top of panels).

  • Page 13 Step 10) Assemble Roof to front: Hasp style may vary Before fastening roof to front check that there is no major door sag as seen in see pic (A), door hasp way down from hasp on right facing & gap at top of door between door & door frame is greater on right side than the left side.

Place the shower decal #1130-699 on the front of the unit 1 inch from the edge of the door and 2 inches above the groove as shown above.   • Page 15 Interior components STEP 1 continued: (Shelf) Rivet #11054 location. Hold shelf in place, using a #10 drill bit drill from inside through shelf and wall panel at 4 locations shown below.   • Page 16 Interior Components Step 2 continued: (Soap Dispenser). Soap Dispenser #23519 mounts on right side in center of flat raised area below shelf. Using a #10 drill bit transfer drill the 3 mounting holes in dispenser through the side panel. Place a rivet #11030 at each hole from the outside and a washer #11315 on the inside of the dispenser at each hole.
  • Page 17 Assemble Shower Drain: Place the shower drain top and the top seal into the hole of the shower base with the shower drain top on the top. Connect the bottom seal and bottom part of the shower drain to the top part of the shower drain.
  • Page 18 Assemble Shower Base: Note the drain assembly has been installed, carefully place the shower base #24608 on top of the impact base with drain side going first. The shower base should fit snugly on the impact base with little movement. ( Note to keep shower tray clean, during assembly, place a clean cardboard sheet on floor surface ).
  • Page 19 Assemble Shower Drain Bracket: Place the drain brackets #24609 around the straight pipe #21367 and up against the inside of the impact base. From the inside of the impact base, use a 17/64” drill to transfer drill through the drain bracket and impact base. Place another drain bracket on the outside of the impact base.
  • Page 20 Installing Shower Skirt: Place the assembled shower skirt onto the shower base within the unit. Place a 3/4-inch block of wood under each of the panels to give 3/4 inch of clearance between the shower base and the shower skirt. Transfer drill at each of the hole locations on the rear skirt through the back panel.
  • Page 21 Interior Components Step 4: (Aluminum Back Wall Panel) Aluminum back panel #1682-599 mounts on back wall. Measure down 1 1/2" from top of recess features and make a mark. Hold panel in place using a #10 drill bit transfer drill the 8 holes indicated below. Place a rivet #11030 into each hole and a washer #11315 on the end of the rivet.
  • Page 22 Shower Valve STEP 1 continued: Using 1-1/16" hole saw drill these two holes through both the back panel and aluminum panel on inside. Shower Valve STEP 2: (Install Shower Valve). One person inserts valve #1699-699 from inside shower through holes drilled in back panel. Another person on the outside places shower guard bracket #1697-599 on the outside and installs the two round plastic spin nuts that come with valve.
  • Page 23 Elbows & Adapters: (Install Elbows and Adapters). (Elbows) Apply Teflon tape on the threads of shower valve sticking through back of shower. Screw the elbows #1641-699 on until tight and threaded end is pointing straight down. Apply Teflon tape Adapters: Apply Teflon tape to threads on the elbows.   • Page 24 Hand Held Shower Head Bracket: Install Handheld Shower Head Bracket #1692-699 or #24898 depending on the parts received. Standing in shower it mounts on back panel in left corner at top of panel next to window vent. Hold bracket in center of flat area next to window vent and trace the bolt holes onto the panel.
  • Page 25 Shower Rod: (Shower Rod & Brackets). Shower rod brackets #1688-799 mount in front of unit. It’s 7” from the front wall of the roof to the bracket. It’s 1/2" up from bottom of roof to bottom of bracket. Hold the rod mounting bracket in place and trace the three bolt holes onto the roof. Locate a bolt hole in bracket in the six o’clock position and trace all 3 holes onto roof.
  • Page 26 Brackets for Heater continued: Installing Top Heater Bracket #1686-599. Drill the holes through the plastic wall panel and the aluminum back panel on the inside previously installed. Drilled holes for top bracket have to go through aluminum back panel inside unit. Brackets for Heater continued: Place nylon spacers #1777-699 lined up with the holes just drilled in between the aluminum back panel and back wall panel.
  • Page 27 Brackets for Heater continued: Install bottom heater bracket. Place a washer #12382 on each screw #22407 and from the inside install the bolts through the previously drilled hole in the back panel. On the outside place 2 washer #12382 on the screw #22407. Install bracket #1686-599 and fasten with a nut #16307 on each screw.
  • Page 28 Assemble Heater continued: Fasten Bracket to Heater. Insert screws #17385 into the designated holes from the bottom and fasten with the nut #16307 on top at both the top and bottom. Tighten using 7/16” wrench and 7/16” nut driver bit. Top of Heater Bottom of Heater Assemble Heater continued: Use Teflon tape on all threads.
  • Page 29 Hot Shower Packing: Binding straps are used to secure the heater box inside the unit. The box should be positioned, as shown in the photo below, to prevent the heater bracket from damaging the inside components. Use the binding straps, as shown in the photo below, to secure the heater box in the corner of the shower.
