Installation of the Awning Pole 1. Remove the cover from the deck socket by turning it counterclockwise and lifting it out of place. Store it safely. 2. Remove the pole from its protective bag. 3. Before installing the pole, it is advisable to unlock the rope and extend the knob from the upper end to a sufficient length to reach it once the pole is installed. -

Securing the Awning 1. Insert the knob into the awning’s eyelet. 2. To tension the awning, place one hand on the pole and use the other to pull the rope until the desired tension is reached. 3. Secure the rope in the cleat. 4. -
