The installation manual is part of the control unit, must always be kept in the control unit's direct proximity and should be available for the per- sonnel at any time.

    The control unit is to be used exclusively to control CNC machines of a supported number of axes which are in accordance with the types cleared by Power Automation. Prerequisite for the intended use of the control unit is proper configuration as described in the installation man- uals provided by Power Automation.

ESD clothing for protection of components susceptible to electrostatic discharge. Wear the ESD clothing during the work on electrostatic components.

    Electronic Components Electronic components are considered special waste. They must be properly disposed of. Power Automation will accept the control unit to properly dispose of its components upon decommissioning.
