Charge your stylus pen (optional) While connecting your stylus for the first time, the shipping mode is still enabled. To use the stylus for first time, connect the stylus pen to the charging area of your Chromebook to disable shipping mode. To charge the stylus pen, connect the stylus pen to the charging dock and plug it into a USB-C port on the right side of the Chromebook.
Folding the keyboard This Chromebook supports a swiveling 11.6-inch touchscreen that can be used in several different ways. Opening the device as a standard Chromebook gives you access to the keyboard and touchpad, while folding the keyboard behind the screen turns it into tent mode or stand mode, which is ideal for viewing videos and presentations.
