ADVERTENCIAS DE SEGURIDAD ATENCIÓN • Las consecuencias de no seguir las instrucciones de este manual pueden resultar en daños al equipo como, afectar las características técnicas de la bomba, reduciendo su tiempo de vida útil y en instancias más graves pudiera causar daños a últimos usuarios del producto.

    2. INSTALACIÓN • El lugar en donde se instalará la bomba, debe estar bajo techo pero bien ventilado y alejado de fuentes de calor (por ejemplo: calderas, rayos directos del sol, etc.), libre de inundaciones y con un buen sistema de drenaje.

    2.2. CONEXIÓN ELÉCTRICA • Revise que el voltaje a suministrar sea el adecuado con respecto a los datos de la placa del motor. Asegúrese de cumplir con los estándares y normas eléctricas correspondientes a su país. • Verifique que el calibre del cable de alimentación sea el adecuado para garantizar un suministro eléctrico óptimo.

PUESTA EN MARCHA • Antes de poner la bomba en marcha asegúrese que las conexiones de succión y descarga estén conectadas correctamente y libres de fugas. • Compruebe que no haya ningún obstáculo en las tuberías. • Cebe por completo la tubería de succión: ATENCIÓN La bomba nunca debe trabajar en seco.

    2. INSTALLATION • The place where the pump will be installed must be under a roof, well-ventilated, away from heat sources (such as boilers, direct sunlight, etc.), free from flooding, and with a proper drainage system. • To ensure proper ventilation of the pump, leave at least 4 inches (10 cm) of space between the fan cover and any other elements that may obstruct air circulation.
  • Page 12 DISCHARGE PIPE • The diameter of the discharge pipe must be at least equal to the pump's discharge diameter. However, it is advisable to install a pipe with a slightly larger diameter. For example, if the pump has a 1.5-inch discharge diameter, it is recommended to install a 2-inch discharge pipe.

    2.2. ELECTRICAL CONNECTION • Check that the supplied voltage matches the specifications on the motor plate. Ensure compliance with the electrical standards and regulations applicable in your country. • Verify that the power cable gauge is adequate to ensure optimal power supply. NOTE For longer cable lengths, special attention must be given to selecting the correct power cable gauge to prevent exceeding the maximum allowable voltage drop.
