If connecting the Micromeritics Breakthrough Analyzer or an FR-series to the MKS Cirrus 3, refer to the user guide that shipped with the analyzer.
  • Page 10 ETWORK ONNECTION Micromeritics analyzers and MKS Cirrus 3 require separate Ethernet connections to a computer. An Ethernet switch can be used to connect both instruments to one Ethernet port on the computer, however, they must both be on the same subnet.
