Insert the Pain Therapy device into the harness on the electrode, then rotate the device until the 2 metal connectors of the device and the electrodes are connected in the fixed position.

There are 2 fixed positions in the harness for the device, one for treating your upper shoulders, the second one for treating your lower back.
