For systems with a high total domestic water hardness and/or high temperatures, a water treatment is recommended, in order to prevent scale formation.

To ensure proper operation of the airstop, a flow rate of at least 0.3 m/s maintained. Otherwise the solar system must be vented at the collector field.

Disconnect the expansion tank from the solar system. This prevents dirt particles still present in the pipes from being flushed into the expansion tank.
