    Immediately contact the transportation carrier and notify them of the damage. File a claim with the carrier once you determine the extent of any damage. Return it to SUNWAVE’s nearest RMA facility and contact SUNWAVE for RMA processing. Unpacking the Device If the container appears to be in satisfactory condition: Ensure both user and supplier representatives are in attendance during shipment inspection.
