    Working principle of machine The sweeping parts of the machine are: a garbage can, a roller brush, and four side brushes. The button on control panel can control the sweeping / brushing function of the machine. Turn on the rolling brush switch, and then turn on the side-brush switch (with auto - one button on mode).

Please empty the water tank before opening, or the water tank may be damaged. Remove the 4 screws which are balanced at the left and right side(please refer to figure 40).

By ensuring safety, to causally relieve the electromagnetic brake, please open the seat, there is a hand shank to relieve electromagnetic brake.

  • Page 23 Operation R-ZQS/R-ZQXS Sweep the floor For the consideration of safety, do not operate the machine without reading and understanding the operation instruction. 1.Please turn on the switch. 2.Turn on the switch of main brush and side brush. 3.Please set the direction switch according to the direction where the machines need to move(forward or backward).

  • Page 25 Operation R-ZQS/R-ZQXS While Operating the Machine Drive as straight as possible. Avoid bumping into posts or scraping the sides of the machine. Overlap the scrub paths by several centimeters(a few inches). Avoid turning the steering wheel too sharply when the machine is in motion. The machine is very responsive to the movement of the steering wheel.
  • Page 26 Power of the storage battery The power of the storage battery would be displayed on LCD screen in percentage. When storage battery is fully charged, the power vol on LCD screen is 100%, icon of the storage battery is in green color. When power vol is no more than 20%, the icon of storage battery would be in red, to remind the user to charge in time.

  • Page 28 Dispose rubbish and clean up the hopper 1.When sweeping works accomplished, before disposing rubbish, press the dusts shaken switch on the control panel to shake off the dusts on the filtering net. 2.Press Auto button to shut off the machine by one key, open the rubbish board clip, take out the hopper and dispose rubbish.

After the dumping is completed, please check the environmental safety again, make sure that there are no people and objects within 1.5 meters at the rear and left and right of the machine, press the lift safety lock button, and control the dustbin lift and lower rocker switch at the right rear of the seat .

Drive the machine to a flat, dry surface.Note: Make sure the area is well ventilated. 2. Turn the machine ON/OFF key switch off.     Push,drag and deliver machine Push or drag machine If the machine is turned off and the electromagnetic brakeon the front motor is relieved, you can push it forward or backward, but you do not drag it from the front.
