Trask Performance may request photos of the subject parts to be emailed before issuing the RMA. If said customer is unwilling to comply with the return policy procedures Trask Performance has the right to refuse the warranty submission.

  • Page 4 PROCEDURE - RIDER Refer to the Harley-Davidson service manual to remove the existing foot peg. Retain the peg spring and insert one end into the new clevis and the other end into the foot peg mount. Install the factory pin and lock plate.
  • Page 5 Place red Loctite onto the 12 point bolt, align peg and set screw to the rider’s preferred angle, and tighten using the torque specs in your Harley-Davidson service manual.
  • Page 6 Refer to the Harley-Davidson service manual to remove the existing foot peg, spring, and ball. Be Careful not to lose the spring or ball. Insert the spring and ball into your Trask Assault Series passenger peg, and snap the retaining plate into place.
  • Page 7 Slide the pin into place and install the clip. Slide the peg onto the spline shaft at the preferred angle, and bolt it into place using the provided 12 point bolt with red Loctite.
  • Page 8 Trask Performance recommends having a Certified Motorcycle Technician perform the installation of our products. Failure to do so can possibly void any warranty. Trask Performance reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim not performed by a Certified Motorcycle Technician.
