Prepare 1
  1. Prepare disassembly tools: heating platform, screwdriver, plastic tweezers, disassembly stick, SIM card ejector pin, dust-free cloth, suction cup, injector filled with alcohol, and thermal gel.
  2. It is necessary to wear an electrostatic wristband before disassembly.
  3. Take out the SIM card tray.
  4. The device must be forced to shut down before disassembly. Do not use the system shutdown option to shut down. This is to completely cut off the system power and protect the electronic components to the greatest extent.
  5. The method of forced shutdown is to press and hold the power button + volume up button simultaneously for about 8 seconds until the display screen goes out.
Remove Battery cover 2
  1. Place the whole machine battery cover surface on the heating platform to heat the double-sided adhesive at the battery cover decorative part. After placement, turn on the power switch and timer switch, heat at a temperature of 80° (+/-5°) for 6 minutes. After 6 minutes, when the buzzer rings, take out the product. Pay attention to avoiding the camera.
  2. After heating, use a suction cup to select an appropriate force point for adsorption while the adhesive viscosity is weakened. During the disassembly process, adjust the position according to the tightness. A thin card can be used for auxiliary disassembly. When the battery cover and the front shell are about to separate, the force needs to be controlled.
  3. Remove the battery cover assembly and remove the residual adhesive on the battery cover.
Remove middle frame 3
  1. Use an electric screwdriver to remove a total of 17 fixing screws of the middle frame and BOX bracket.
  2. Use a disassembling blade to slide around the middle frame. Then remove the middle frame, paying attention to the fingerprint position.
