SkyHawk TT
Pick an installation location:
1.
Location should be out of the way of moving parts such as
gates, doors and swing arms.
2.
Unit should have a clear view of the sky. Mounting beneath
plastic, fiberglass, or wood is acceptable but the unit
should still have a view of the sky for the GPS to function
optimally.
3.
Do not mount the unit beneath a metallic surface or wire-
mesh as this will compromise the performance of the GPS
location signal.

Power Connection
1. Ground: Connect the BLACK wire to chassis/vehicle
ground. Choose a good snug ground point that is not
painted.
2. Tethered Power: Connect the RED wire to a 12 volt
Switched or Constant supply. This connection must be
fused and capable of supplying 1 amp at +12VDC. This
will charge the internal battery and provide real-time
tracking when connected.
Mounting Hardware:
1.
Included are two (2) self-tapping, stainless hex sheet
metal screws used to secure both ends.
