Attaching the Post Base Cover and the Post Base to the Post Insert the post base cover (J1) into the post (A) from the bottom. Attach the post (A) to the post base (J) using the M6x15 combination bolts (BB). Fully tighten the bolts using the big hex wrench (LL).

Attaching the Front and Rear Beam to the Posts Insert the bolt on the front and rear beam (B) into the post (A) through the keyhole and lock the bolt in place. Attach the tab (O) to the bolt on the front and rear beam (B) using the M8x25 combination hex bolts (GG). Fix the M8x25 combination hex bolts (GG) clockwise using the ratchet wrench (NN).

Attaching the Post Cap to the Post, the Front and Rear Beam and the Left & Right Beams Attach the post cap (H) to the post (A), the front and rear beam (B) and the left beam (B1) using the M6x15 combination bolts (BB) and the M6x25 combination bolt (CC).

Gluing the Joint Between the Beams and the Posts Glue the joint between the front and rear beam (B), the left beam (B1) and the post (A). Repeat this step for the other front and rear beam (B), the right beam (B2) and the three posts (A). NOTE: The silicone glue is not included and purchased by the customer to avoid leaking at the joints after use.

Attaching the Louver Clips to the Louver Check the pre-assembled bolts on the louver clips (G&G1) are tightened, if not tightened, fully tighten the bolts using the small hex wrench (KK). Attach the louver clip 1 (G) to the one end of the louver (C) using the M6x12 combination bolts (AA). Attach the louver clip 2 (G1) to the other end of the louver (C) using the M6x12 combination bolts (AA).

Attaching the Louvers to the Left Beam and the Right Beam Insert the louver clips (G&G1) on the louver (C) into the holes on the left & right beams (B1&B2), and stuck rmly. Attach the shaft sleeve clips (M) to the louver clips (G&G1) and the left & right beams (B1&B2) as shown below. Repeat this step for the other louvers (C).

Attaching the Connector Bars to the Louver Clips Put the connector bar 2 (F2) to the left beam (B1). Align the holes between the connector bar 2 (F2) and louver clip 1 (G), and x the connector bar 2 (F2) and the louver clip 1 (G) using the xed components (N).

Attaching the Cover Plate to the Other Front and Rear Beam Attach the cover plate (D) to the other front and rear beam (B) using the M5x15 bolts (EE). Fully tighten the bolts using the big hex wrench (LL).

Stabilizing the Louvered Pergola Drill the holes with a diameter of 10mm and a depth of 70mm through the holes of the post base (J). Insert the expansion screws (FF) through the holes of the post base (J) into the ground with a hammer or mallet. Fully tighten the expansion screws (FF) using the wrench (MM).

For best results, clean the pergola with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. This will help prevent mildew by removing dirt particles that may accumulate. Do not clean with abrasive materials, bleach, or solvents. Keep the pergola out of fire, extreme heat, freezing conditions, and inclement weather such as rain, hail, sleet, snow, or wind.
