    INSTALLATION The device must be installed by qualified expert technicians in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Preliminary operations Ensure that the place where the weather station will be fixed is protected from knocks, but exposed to sunlight and air circulation. Secure it to a flat, solid surface using suitable fasteners (screws, plugs, etc.).

    PROGRAMMING To take full advantage of the STRAUSS KLT 2.0 radio weather station functions, activate the same transmitter on the weather station as is used to control the motor. Activating the weather station To activate the weather station: - configure the motor transmitter (not required if the transmitter is already associated with the motor); - configure the transmitter on the weather station.

    Configuring the transmitter on the weather station Ensure the weather station has the same frequency as the transmitter. Proceed as follows: - power the weather station; - within 30 seconds, press the UP and P2 buttons on the weather station together (the station will beep once), then press the UP and STOP buttons on the associated transmitter together (the station will beep 5 times to indicate the setting has been saved).

    Warning! Pre-2022 transmitters cannot be used to control the sun function.     Sun alarm operation When the brightness exceeds the set threshold, after 5 minutes the weather station enters sun alarm state, as shown by the symbol . The weather station controls the awning opening. When the brightness falls to below this level, after 15 minutes the weather station closes the awning and exits alarm state. If the brightness fades rapidly to below 15 Klux, after 3 minutes the weather station closes the awning and exits alarm state.
