    REV 03282025 Assembly Step 1 Leg Uprights Attach the Leg Upright to the Foot using Leg Upright (3) 3/8-16 x 2 1/2 Hex Bolts, (3) 3/8-16 Washers and (3) 3/8-16 Hex Nuts as shown. Use the Bracket must be towards the back included wrenches to tighten the bolts.
  • Page 6 REV 03282025 Assembly Step 3 Casters Using the same position as the previous Caster w/ Brake step, insert (2) Casters into the Foot as shown. Repeat this step for the other Leg Upright. Please note: When lifting the assembled parts, make sure the two casters with brakes have the brake ON to avoid the parts from sliding.

Secure the Center Shelf to the mentioned parts using (6) Truss Head Screws as shown. Truss Head Screw Step 18 Shelf Brackets Attach (2) Shelf Brackets to the Center Shelf using (6) Truss Head Screws.

  • Page 20 REV 03282025 Assembly Foundry Wiring Connect the end of the HJC4S Power Box to the DC port of the control box. Similar to the previous step, extend the Power Box through the side panel towards the control switch. Connect the end of the Y-Split cable to a 12V port on the Power Box and another end to corresponding end of the control switch.
  • Page 21 REV 03282025 Assembly Foundry Wiring Locate the wire at the back of the Center Panel connected to the USB Charger. Connect the end to the 12V port on the Power Box. Lastly, connect one end of the Power Cord to the AC port in the control box and connect the other end to any power outlet.

Then simply connect both ends of the barrel plugs together. Female End in Location Male End in Location Connect Both Ends Ensure the Female and Male ends go through the open space between the bamboo surface and metal frame.
