Loosen the T handle to unlock the riser, extend the stand a bit and press the
safety lock (D), and turn the ratched handle counter-clockwise.
* Always loosen the T handle when extending or lowering the stand.

* Always tighten the T handle when reaching the desired height.
* To change the turning direction of the ratched handle, flick the switch toggle.
* Best practice to swing the handle to extend / lower the stand instead of turning
a full circle.
