Use a hand press or a cylindrical jig similar to the one shown below for press-fitting the cylinder into the gear case. Take note of the installation directions of the retaining ring and output gear. (Install the retaining ring in the direction that minimizes detachment possibility.) The rubber of seal A and the O-ring must be in firm contact with each other.
