I hear static noise when I use my BlackBerry Wireless Headset If there are any large objects, such as a wall, between your headset and your BlackBerry® device, the sound quality of the headset might diminish. The headset is designed to be used within 10 meters (33 feet) of your device, without any large objects in between. -
