Model TD-249 Ticket Spitter Manual General Information The Federal APD Ticket Spitter™ is a revenue control device which issues time and date stamped paper tickets to parking patrons at facility entrance lanes. These tickets are then surrendered at exit to authorized cashiers who use the tickets to calculate the patron's parking fees.
