Outlet Assembly (MuTOA) Instructions
Mount the CT-MMO or

MX-MMO to the proper
location using the screws provided.
Note: Adhesive tape or optional
magnets may also be used to mount
multimedia base.
Store excess fiber using fiber

tray to make sure proper
bend radius is maintained.

Secure the cables to the

base using the cable tie
anchor points. Route cables through
appropriate outlet locations in the
base.
Note: Terminate all connectors per
the manufacturer's specifications.
Align the tray into position

and push the center latch
down to lock the tray to the base.
Be careful not to pinch fibers.
Defeat the bottom latches by

pulling up on the bottom of
the cover at the seam and remove
the cover.
For MAX modules, align the

top of jack with outlet
opening... and angle down until it
snaps into place. Note: Snap icon
into module prior to snapping mod-
ule into MX-MMO.

Using wire cutters, remove

the appropriate breakout
position for cable/raceway entry.
Insert CT couplers into the

appropriate opening and
push until it snaps into place.
