2.3 Structure (1) Door There are air barrier between door surface and dual insulation of the door. Door handle has itself locking function, and viewing window is optional. The viewing window is composed of tempered glass and low-e glass, so it is safe because the surface temperature of the viewing window does not rise even when operating at the highest temperature.

Basic Operation 4.3.1 Unit Operation Turn of the power switch. “JEIOTECH” is displayed and all LED lights will be on VFD. In 3 seconds, main screen is displayed. 4.3.2 Temperature control 4.3.2.1 Temperature control start In the status of 4.3.1, press Start/Stop button to start temperature control. 4.3.2.2 Temperature control stop Press Start/Stop button to stop operation.

Timer Operation Two type of timers. Wait on timer: After a set time, machine will be operated for temperature control. Wait off timer: After arriving at a set temperature, machine will maintain the temperature during set time. Press timer button to set timer. 5.3 Replacement of Fuse Each unit comes with spare fuses (2ea for Control part / 2 or 3ea for Heater). Keep the spare fuses near the unit and replace them when the fuse blows (main power is off and heater is not working at the condition of the circuit breaker is not on).
