  • Page 8 INSTALL THE TAUGHT LINES. A. Hook one end of the taught lines to the loop at each corner of the awning as shown. C. Pull the free end of the strap to B. Wrap the other end of the tighten it until it taught line around the crossbar is snug.
  • Page 9 ATTACH THE GUY ROPES. Drive a stake into the ground at a 45 degree angle about 12” (30 cm) from the base of each front support. Hook the looped end of guy ropes around the stakes, then slide the tensioner up until the rope is under tension as shown.
