Lesen Sie alle Sicherheitshinweise, Anweisungen, Bebilderungen und
technischen Daten, mit denen dieses Produkt versehen ist.
Versäumnisse bei der Einhaltung der nachfolgenden Anweisungen können
elektrischen Schlag, Brand und/oder schwere Verletzungen verursachen.
Bewahren Sie alle Sicherheitshinweise und Anweisungen für die Zukunft auf.
Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
- Funktionskontrolle von 24 Volt Gleichstromantrieben aller Art bis 2 A
direkt am Einbauort.
- Zur Prüfung, Einstellung, Inbetriebnahme und Wartung.
- Sichere Funktion, Abschaltreserve und Überlast kann erkannt werden.
- 3 Strommessbereiche
- Leistungsstarker 24 V NiCd-Akku
- Akkukapazitätsanzeige durch Voltlupe 20 ... 30 V
- Elektronische, selbstrückstellende Sicherung durch Leistungs-MOSFET
für Überstrom, Tiefenentladung und Kurzschluss mit LED-Anzeige.
- Hochflexibles Silikon-Anschlusskabel.
- Leichte Handhabung durch Trageriemen und geringes Eigengewicht.
Hiweise
- Vor erster Inbetriebnahme Akku 14 Stunden mit beigefügtem Ladegerät
laden! Die volle Akkukapazität entwickelt sich erst nach einigen Lade-/
Entladevorgängen.
- Während des Ladevorganges mit angeschlossenem Ladegerät ist ein
Betrieb der Antriebe untersagt. Zerstörungsgefahr!
- Bei Überstrom, Tiefenentladung oder Kurzschluss spricht die
elektronische Sicherung an (Rote Anzeigediode leuchtet).
Betrieb
- Antrieb von Zentralversorgung trennen.
- Strommessbereich auf den maximal zu erwartenden Strom einstellen.
- Klemmen des Messkabels mit Antrieb verbinden.
Polarität: Zulauf : rot = (+), schwarz = ( - )
Auflauf : rot = ( - ), schwarz = (+)
- Antriebsrichtung ▲/▼ mit Drehschalter wählen.
Akkukapazität prüfen:
- Linken Drehschalter auf "Batt." stellen.
- Rechten Drehschalter auf ▲ oder ▼ stellen.
- Gesamtmessbereich entspricht einer Spannung von 20 - 30 V.
Akku geladen : > 26 V
Akku leer : < 22 V
- Bei geringer Akkukapazität ist es möglich, dass unter Last die
Tiefenentladesicherung anspricht.
- Akku mit beigefügtem Ladegerät 14 Stunden laden.
Grüne Ladekontrolldiode leuchtet.
Nach Gebrauch Gerät auf "Battery off" schalten.

Intended use
- On-the spot function check on any kind of 24 V DC motor up to 2 A.
- For testing, adjusting, initial operation and maintenance.
- Can register safe operation, shutdown reserve and overload.
- 3 current measuring ranges
- Powerfull 24V NiCd storage battery
- Storage battery capacity display 20 ... 30 V
- Electronic, self-resetting protection by means of power MOSFET for
excess current, over-discharging and short-circuiting with LED display.
- Highly resilient silicon power cable
- Carrying strap and low weight make it easy to use.
Notes
- Charge storage batterie 14 hours using enclosed charging set before
initial operation! Full capacity of the storage battery is developed only
after several charge and discharge actions.
- The drives must not be in operation during the charging process with
connected charging set. Danger of destruction!
- The electronic protection responds to excess current, over-discharging
and short circuiting (The red LED lights up).
Operation
- Disconnect the motor from the central supply system.
- Set the current measuring range to suit the maximum current expected.
- Connect the measuring cable terminals to the motor.
Polarity:
- Select the direction of drive ▲/▼ using the rotary knob.
Checking storage battery capacity:
- Turn the left-hand rotary knob to "Batt." .
- Turn the right-hand rotary knob in direction ▲ or ▼ .
- The full measurement range corresponds to a voltage of 20 - 30 V.
Battery charged
Battery discharged : < 22 V
- If the battery capacity is low, the over discharging protection could
respond.
- Recharge for 14 hours using the charging unit supplied.
The green charging control LED lights up.
After use turn the unit back to „Battery off".
