Important: Read the entire instruction manual carefully before using the floor grinder. Special attention should be paid to the section "Safety precautions".

    The casing system is unique in design in that it automatically adjusts to segment height and the floor angle. This enclosure system in combination with an industrial vacuum helps to avoid dust during sanding. The housing has 2 removable sections to allow the operator to manoeuvre the sander close to the wall.

    Operating the grinding machine 1. Make sure that the diamond tool is suitable for the material to be ground and that the tool is properly balanced. 2. Make sure that the sanding plates are in good condition and correctly mounted. Never use damaged tools.

    Note: The position of the wheel axle can be adjusted as needed for levelling. 1. Adjust the vertical grinding position by loosening the level control counterclockwise. 2.     1. Do not use the grinder for longer than prescribed by local health and safety regulations, as noise exposure from extensive daily use can cause hearing damage. 2. Always wear ear protection, safety glasses, gloves, suitable footwear and a dust mask. 3.

    Caution! Use all technical means to eliminate dust, aerosols and vapours at source wherever possible. Use common working practices and follow the recommendations of manufacturers/suppliers, BG-Bau and professional and trade associations. Water must always be used for dust suppression when wet grinding/cutting/drilling is possible. If the risk of inhalation of dust, aerosols and vapours cannot be excluded, the operator and bystanders must always wear a respirator approved by the trade association for the material used.

    Maintenance Daily cleaning: The engine should always be kept clean. No water or foreign material should get inside the motor. Check operating current draw: While operating the motor, ensure that the operating current rating remains below the maximum value. Operating noises: No rubbing noises, squeaking noises or other random noises should occur while the motor is operating.

    Noise/Vibration The noise of this power tool is measured according to DIN 45 635, part 21. The sound pressure level at the workplace may exceed 85dB (A); in this case, sound protection measures for the operator are required. Wear hearing protection! Hand/arm vibration is typically lower than 2.5m/s².
