    INDICATIONS The Bionix Pelvis Belly Plus System is intended for use by a healthcare professional to assist in positioning and re-posi- tioning of patients undergoing or receiving a course of exter- nal beam radiation therapy for the treatment of cancer and other diseases.

    • DO NOT use if the package is damaged or open. • Inspect the Pelvis Belly Plus System before each use. • DO NOT attempt to sterilize the Pelvis Belly Plus System. Attempts to sterilize the Pelvis Belly Plus System may result in product damage and/or patient injury.
  • Page 5 Figure 1 INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE 01. Secure the Multi-Treatment Base (A) onto the couchtop with the appropriate SecureFit Bars. Bionix recom- mends using two SecureFit Bars (not included) for the Multi-Treatment Base (A). 02. Attach the Leg Cushion (D) on the Multi-Treatment Base at the bottom of the base as shown in Figure 1.
